[Globalmba2019] One Customer Experience today at 16.30 CET

Dear All,
this is to inform you that due to Professor Cianetti last minute commitment, today's class of One Customer Experience will start at 16.30 CET and will end at 20.00 CET. For this reason, tomorrow's class will start at 14.30 CET. Please find below the tentative schedule for tomorrow:

14:30 - 15:45 working sessions divided in 4 groups
15:45 - 16:00 Break
16:00 - 18:00 presentation and discussion 20 minutes each. Each member must take part on the presentation. At the end of the presentation 5 minutes of Q&A from the Professor and from the classroom
