Dear all,

Please carefully read the following information for today:

To enter the Graduation's ceremony it is mandatory, for those that do not have a vaccine certificate recognized by the Italian Government, to have a Green Pass in order to enter.


  *   How to obtain the Green Pass:


Doing either a COVID-19 antigen or rapid test within 48 hours of any event. Please see below link:

How to get your certificate without a health card if you get tested for Covid-19 in Italy
Anyone who gets a Covid test in Italy within 48 hours of any event should be issued with a unique code depending on the type of swab:

  *   Molecular test: CUN (codice univoco nazionale, 'unique national code')
  *   Rapid antigen test: NRFE (numero di referto elettronico, 'electronic reference number')

  1.  Click on:
User with no health insurance card or has been vaccinated abroad
  2.  Fill in type of ID CARD and relevant number used in order to get the test
  3.  Type of code : NRFE or CUN based on the type of swab (Molecular or rapid)
  4.  Put in the code relative to the swab
  5.  Insert the Language of the Certificate
  6.  Please copy the security code
  7.  Then click on: Recuperate Certification

For those that are collecting their togas and caps today, please ensure that you have the following documents with you:

  1.  ID Card/Passport
  2.  The filled in and signed collection form (please find it re-attached)
  3.  The Green Pass


  *   Please note that we advice that you arrive one hour earlier, in order to ensure accreditation on time for the start of the event.



  *   Please also note that to you have to have your toga and cap on and with you at all times. Without the toga and the cap, you will not be allowed to enter.





  *   Please remember that only one guest is allowed to enter with you and it must be the same person registered as guest on the ticket.


You can also find a list of pharmacies in Bologna with a standing agreement to perform covid swab tests.
