[Globalmba2019] Global MBA Event: Exploring the Benefits of Chapter Resource Groups - March, 16 at 5 pm

Dear Global MBA Alumni,

I hope this email finds you well. I am writing to inform that we have scheduled another "Networking Meeting" with the Alumni of the Global MBA for March 16th from 5 to 6:30 p.m. CET.

The title of this meeting is "Exploring the Benefits of Chapter Resource Groups". In the BBS Community, we have created several Chapters based on a geographical criteria, coordinated by several Alumni, and we would like to ask you joining the Chapter of the country where you either live, where born in, or feel that you belong to.

In the Networking meeting, following empirical evidence in literature on diversity management suggesting the importance of Employee Resource Group for people development and inclusion (here<https://hbr.org/2020/06/what-black-employee-resource-groups-need-right-now> and here<https://www.i4cp.com/press-releases/new-i4cp-report-reveals-ergs-as-effective-leadership-development-tool> some examples), you will have the chance to interact with other alumni and current students divided by Chapter so to have a more focused communication on opportunities and challenges that you could face as MBA graduate.

*        Log in to BBS Community (if you are facing issues, let me know!) ->https://www.bbscommunity.it/s/login/?language=it

*        Go to the "Network" section

*        Look for your chapter in the search bar -> Africa, Asia, Central and Western Europe, Eastern Europe and Caucasus, Latin America, and USA.

*        Ask to register.

After this, you can go to the events section and register for the event.
