hope my email finds you well. I am sharing with you an interesting initiative organized by BCG<https://www.bcg.com/it-it/>, an event dedicated to young women, Pomeriggio al Feminine<https://careers.bcg.com/event/615f0371d60180000a55ed94/Women-BCG-Pomeriggio-al-femminile>, interested in consulting.

As you all are probably known, Boston Consulting Group (BCG) is an American management consulting firm, the second largest consulting firm by revenue and one of the Big Three (management consultancies) - the world's three largest and most prestigious management consulting firms.

The event is organized on a monthly basis and is made up of a series of activities (from 2.00 pm to 6.00 pm) at BCG offices in Milan. The next event is scheduled for November 18. In order to join interested women candidates have to register online and pass a CV screening. Successful candidates will then receive an email confirming their participation.

BGC also will offer a tutorial on the case, networking with consultants and a first-step interview with their HR recruiters. The candidates brought on-board have then a very good chance to be included in a formal selection process. To participate, fluency in Italian is required (English is the official company language, but Italian is essential to deal with their clients).
