Dear Students,



Highered is pleased to announce the upcoming Season Finale - Spring 2020 of the EFMD Virtual Career Fair Series, allowing companies and organizations to continue attracting and engaging top talents from participating member schools, while strengthening their employer branding.


The Energy/Industrial Fairs (May 26, 28) and the Biotech/Pharma Fairs (June 2, 4), will now be showcased in sector-specific pavilions at the Season Finale, which will run from June 1-5.



The Season Finale is a multi-day experience which is based on the feedback Highered Team members have received from both the talents and the companies who have been participating in each of our fairs of the Spring Series. This new format will allow organizations greater visibility and enhanced employer branding, while providing talents with the opportunity to properly research the companies participating and prepare their visits with an employer-focused approach. The Virtual Fairground will showcase the companies across multiple sector-specific pavilions, according to the following timeline:


  *   Monday, June 1st. The Virtual Fair will kick-off with a brief opening ceremony and will remain open throughout the day for viewing. The talents will be able to participate in live CV Optimization clinics that will take place throughout the day, as well as see the companies that will be participating, the webcast agenda and view the masterclasses that are available to them in the "Seminars" section of the platform.
  *   Tuesday, June 2nd. Recruiting Day. The talents will be able to engage with the recruiters in both the public and private chats, in addition to participating in live company presentations and view seminars.
  *   Wednesday, June 3rd. The full program of live events and talks, allowing talent to interact face to face with recruiters, Deans, and their favorite Careers gurus and speakers.
  *   Thursday, June 4th. Recruiting Day. The talents will continue to engage with recruiters in the public and private chats, in addition to participating in live company presentations and view seminars.
  *   Friday, June 5th. Recap Day. The talents will be welcome to enter the virtual fair platform, engage with the content, and apply to any opportunities with their employer-focused applications.

The EFMD Virtual Career Fair Series by Highered is the newest launch to the Global Talent Ecosystem, allowing EFMD member schools to connect students and alumni with companies and organizations from around the globe, in a sophisticated job fair simulation environment that enables real-time interaction between recruiters and candidates. Whether you are seeking a graduate program, internship or experienced hire opportunity, EFMD's sector-specific and geographic-specific Virtual Career Fairs are the response to the global times, resulting in improved recruitment efficiency, higher attendance and a better job hunt experience.

Each fair will run from 9.00 am to 5.00 pm (EMEA = CET | APAC = CST). Your class schedules are now currently under revision, you should not have classes on some of these dates, or anyway you will have some free time slots for attending.

For each fair you can click on "Inform me when registration opens". You will be notified when registration opens with the link that you could use to register on the Virtual Career Fair platform and upload your CV. Each fair will open for viewing 7 days in advance, except for the ones planned for next week (registration will open 1-2 days before).
