Dear Management Consulting Teams,



As discussed in class, for all teams who would like feedback on May 4, please send to both MBA Team and Steve a link (for example with Google Drive) to watch a copy of your draft proposal presentation. Please keep these to 20 minutes max. Please send these at least 24 hours prior to class on May 4 so I can assign reviewers to you.



The MBA Team will post all the links to the course Moodle website, so that reviewing teams can all easily find and watch their assigned videos and any others they wish to learn from.



If all 10 teams want feedback, then each team will review, and be reviewed by 2 other teams. If half the teams want feedback, then each will receive feedback by 4 other teams. Steve will review all the videos before class and Steve & the MBA Team will assign reviewing teams by the start of class.



You can find on Moodle a Feedback Template. This should make it easier for you to collect and organize your feedback and also make it easier to receive feedback from multiple teams. You may also want to consider whether your draft presentation addresses these major elements. Please don't feel that this template is comprehensive or allow it to constrain your creativity. Feel free to give feedback beyond these points, but try to at least address most of them.



We would like to break into teams as soon as possible after the start of class on May 4.
