As Marcello said, on Friday 17th there will be the visit at Philip Morris. For this event we will kindly as know two things:


  1.  If you are not able to participate or you want arrive by yourself in the company, please inform us within tomorrow night to better organize the transport.
  2.  If you will participate, could you please tell us your shoe size? It is mandatory in order to get in it the Company.

Dear MBAs,
I want to thank you all for the presence this morning. It was a fascinating talk, and we learned a lot about future projects and challenges, including the forthcoming COP Meeting co-organized by the UK and Italy. I had to leave earlier to meet Mr. Sidoli and we finalised the agenda for Friday January 17, day of our visit at Philip Morris International.

The topic of the Visit is “Feedback: A Must and an Opportunity for a Leader.” This is the agenda:



  *   09:00 - Shuttle Bus to PMI leaving from Porta Castiglione
  *   09:45 – Welcome Breakfast and Speech by Eugenio Sidoli and Marcello Russo
  *   10:15 – Extensive Factory Tour (divided into three groups)
  *   12:00 - "Giving Feedback in a Manufacturing Company" with Emanuele Masciarri, Engineering Manager at PMI
  *   13:00 – "Feedback: A Senior Manager Outlook" by Eugenio Sidoli
  *   14:00 – Light Lunch
  *   15:00 – Shuttle Bus to Porta Castiglione

I am looking forward to this exciting day. I want to thank Eugenio for offering us this excellent learning opportunity.
